Gagan Hale is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) with over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Global Finance Transformation. She specializes in implementing new finance systems and optimizing existing ones to drive operational efficiency and long-term business success. With expertise in Agile Project Management and Scrum methodologies, Gagan ensures projects are delivered successfully, on time, and with maximum impact.

A skilled leader and strategist, Gagan excels at navigating complex stakeholder relationships, aligning financial strategies with business objectives, and building high-performing teams. Her logical approach, resilience, and ‘can-do’ attitude make her a driving force in fast-paced environments, where she consistently delivers measurable results that create meaningful value for businesses and stakeholders alike.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gagan is a dedicated wife, daughter, and mother of two. She plays a pivotal role in the leadership and management of two local schools, helping ensure they provide the best possible education for their students. When time allows, she embraces her passion for travel, exploring new cultures, landscapes, and experiences across the world.

Scott Hale

CTO

Scott Hale is the Chief Technology Officer of Fin4mation, bringing a unique blend of finance and IT expertise to the company. With over six years of experience as an accountant, Scott developed a deep understanding of financial operations, from Accounts Payable to Management Accounts Reporting. His firsthand knowledge of financial processes provides a solid foundation for delivering technology-driven solutions that align with business needs.

Transitioning into IT, Scott has spent the past ten years expanding his expertise, starting in support roles before advancing into project management and full-scale system implementations. He has successfully led the deployment of various finance systems, including SAP Business One and Xero, as well as stock and retail systems such as Unleashed and Vend. His ability to bridge the gap between finance and technology ensures that businesses can streamline their operations with tailored, effective solutions.
